Notification On The Method Of Submitting Complaints

 

In accordance with Art. Article 10, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act, OFFICIAL GAZETTE, no. 41/14 we inform consumers that complaints that raise their dissatisfaction with the product purchased or the service provided may be submitted in writing in our main office or by post to the following address:

 

Jung Sky Ltd., Strojarska cesta 20, 10 000 Zagreb, Croatia or to the email address: helena.zecevic@jungsky.hr.

 

All additional information concerning the same is part of "the General travel conditions".

We will give the customer written answer no later than 15 days after the receipt of the complaint.
